Terms & Conditions for the IGA Academy’s Management of the Indonesia Field Trip (April 2025)

  1. Role of the IGA Academy
    1.1. The IGA Academy is responsible for the promotion, registration management, and general coordination of participants for this field trip.
    1.2. The organization and execution of the field trip, including itinerary planning, logistics, and on-site activities, are the sole responsibility of the designated local partner (hereafter referred to as “Event Organizer”).
  2. Responsibilities of the Event Organizer
    2.1. The Event Organizer is fully responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and execution of all aspects of the field trip.
    2.2. The Event Organizer will handle all arrangements, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, and site visits.
    2.3. The Event Organizer will comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  3. Participant Agreement
    3.1. By registering through the IGA Academy, participants acknowledge and accept that the IGA Academy serves as a facilitator only.
    3.2. Participants agree to adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by the Event Organizer during the trip.
    3.3. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, visas, and any other necessary documentation.
  4. Liability
    4.1. The IGA Academy is not liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, or other issues that occur during the trip.
    4.2. The Event Organizer assumes full liability for the safety and welfare of participants throughout the event.
    4.3. Participants agree to release the IGA Academy from any claims arising out of participation in the trip.
  5. Payment and Cancellation Policy
    5.1. All payments for the field trip are managed by the IGA Academy and are subject to the Event Organizer’s refund and cancellation policies.
    5.2. Any cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refund eligibility will depend on the Event Organizer’s terms.
    5.3. In the unlikely event of trip cancellation by the Event Organizer, the IGA Academy will assist with processing refunds but is not financially responsible for reimbursements.
  6. Force Majeure
    6.1. Neither the IGA Academy nor the Event Organizer shall be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
  7. Amendments to the Itinerary
    7.1. The Event Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if deemed necessary for operational or safety reasons. Participants will be notified promptly of any significant changes.
  8. Acceptance of Terms
    8.1. By registering for the field trip through the IGA Academy, participants confirm their understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
