This project research will discuss about water debit availability for reservoir recharge system thats support Kamojang geothermal field steam production since 1983. Electric capacity of Kamojang at this time is 200 MW. Hoped, the groundwater conservation at Kamojang geothermal field area with this surface water debit availability analysis can be preserved, so this existing geothermal alternative energy still renewable for the future. Methods thats used to analyse water balance at this final project research is FJ. Mock‘s method, while to determine maximum rainfall analysis using Log Normal, Gumbel I Type, and Iwai Kadoya method. Mononobe’s method is used to calculate maximum rainfall intensity for planning articial recharge concept, while articial recharge concept analysis is got from Darcy’s Law (also known as rational method). From the calculation can be conclude that water surplus occured at Kamojang geothermal field area from October – May which is reached up to 3,5 million ton/month, while at June – September leak off surface water debit up to 1,7 million ton/month. Planning of articial recharge concept at Kamojang geothermal field area is hoped able to receive that surface water surplus, so there is no leak off surface water debit at dry season. |
