Abstract Combination piping of horizontal and shallow well has enough power for air condition of small house. All such construction is done by civil engineering machine and traditional well drilling. Experimental data of Ogatamura shows that the heat extractions are 2.5kw (23W/m) at heating and 4.8kW (44W/m) at cooling. We proposed 3 types of heat extraction systems. One is shallow well using underground water. Second is closed piping system of 1m horizontal trench and 4m wells. Third is combination of one and two but not use underground water. Relatively deep (8-16m) well start to drill bottom of 4m well of second case. This well is used for coaxial water circulation system. All of them are very low cost (up to 200,000yen) and easy to construct. We call these system as “Akita Model” and try to penetrate the market with local small company.
