| Abstract |
The geothermal used in the Area of Dagang, Tianjin is from the Tertiary sandstone reservoir, and the geothermal water is of low temperature resources. There have been 21 geothermal wells, 1500~2000 deep, drilled in the area up to present. The geothermal is used for space heating, bathing, fish-farming and greenhouse etc. A lot of data related to the water level, temperature and water chemical composition have been obtained through long-term monitoring. These data are the basis of reservoir engineering, geochemistry study for the geothermal field, and are also the basis for geothermal evaluation, planning and protection. The Authors also put forward that reinjection is an effective measure for the sustainable use of geothermal resources in the area of Dagang. |
