| Abstract | In this study, potential of electrical power generation estimates for geothermal resource fields with sufficient information available in Turkey are calculated. Estimates are obtained using the methodology based on volumetric reserve estimation approach introduced by USGS. A stochastic approach using Monte Carlo simulation technique is implemented to account for uncertainties involving some input parameters. Electrical power potential capacities of those fields are estimated and the results are reported. |
