| Abstract | A theoretical decline curve is applied to a powerful well of the Wairakei field and a straight-line correlation obtained over the first years of production. Thereafter inflow to the reservoir helps sustain power potential. The Maximum Discharging-Pressure is the principal decline parameter employed and this approach is recommended for future projects. |
