| Abstract | This paper gives a critical analysis of the document "Regolamento boracico" with a view the historic, social and political situation of the century in Europe. the forms of management of the geothermal industry of that time are analyzed. In particular the efforts made to involve the working personnel in the optimization of production with a view increasing the standard of living is examined.
