| Abstract | A numerical algorithm FILVERT is proposed for processing borehole thermal data (temperature, heat conductivity, and heat production). The thermal data is used to study structure and kinematics of the fluid fluxes (vertical variations of the advection velocity v) in the borehole section and to determine the deep heat flow density q0 at the drilling site (hydrogeological information need not be invoked). |
