| Abstract | In 1981 the National Geothermal Research Institute of Romania designed and developed a binary 2 MW geothermal electric power plant using carbon dioxide as working fluid. To determine the optimal thermodynamic cycle, for every group of input and output parameters, the authors developed a software programme. For this purpose they have used the "Field Point" system and LabVIEW programme. |
