| Abstract | The Asset Risk Management System (ARMS) is an Oracle-based application created for the monitoring and maintenance of the geothermal Fluid Collection and Recycling System (FCRS) of PNOC-EDC. It implements the principles of risk-based inspections and focuses on issues relating to FCRS operation and maintenance procedures. This Oracle database is a facility to store information of the different component in the FCRS such as design parameters and inspection information collated by the different operational groups of PNOV-EDC. The database consists of as-built and design parameters; operating, environmental and commercial conditions; and visual and measured observations on Material Loss, Scaling and Cracking. The system calculates from these stored data the probabilities and consequences of failure to come up with an overall plant risk assessment. |
