| Abstract | The geothemal reservoir in the Hatchobaru geothennalfield has a tupicalfiactured-trpe dmcture associated with fmlt wstems. Howevec while the geothennal structwe and the pmdction and reinjection wells is well determined the structure at levels &epr than the pment &ling depth, and a h in the sumnding area where the number of dn'lled wells is mall, is not detailed enough to m'st in choosing &lling taigeh. Therefore, the clm3cation of the structure for the dilling off irhat? supplementary wells is considered to be quite important to maintain a stable power ouput of 11OMWat both pwerphts: the Hatchobam No.1 and No.2 units.
