| Abstract | Natural recharge is a major component in the geothermal system. The existence of natural recharge in geothermal system has positive and negative effects. Many unsolved question about natural recharge study in geothermal field especially Lahendong field, such as the age of recharge water, amount of recharge volume, movement path, etc. This study tried to calculate the amount of natural recharge volume using the natural isotope approach of O-18 and H-2 to obtain the reservoir fluid correlation with elevation on the surface, then combine fault fracture density analysis to observe zones of water recharge possible to infiltrate in the ground. Later on, this study also determines the amount of infiltration water which derive from the rain at one year interval. Two methods were assessed in order to calculate the amount of water which infiltrate the ground. Approximately 1 megaton of water recharge to the reservoir geothermal of Lahendong which confirmed by positive anomaly gravity. |
