| Abstract | Hydrothermal solutions contain the colloidal silica forming as a result of polycondensation of the molecules of orthosilicic acid. By ultrafiltration membrane concentration of solutions of Mutnovsky hydrothermal field (South Kamchatka, Russia), silica sols were obtained. We determined silica particles sizes, surface square and concentration of impurities. Utilisation of silica sols produced from hydrothermal solutions for concrete compressive strength rising have been investigated. |
