This paper will discuss Article Two which states in part: ‘... full exclusive and undisturbed possession of their Lands and Estates Forests Fisheries and other properties which they may collectively or individually possess so long as it is their wish.’ In 2015 a consent application to construct and operate two new 25 MWe geothermal power stations was approved.
