| Abstract | Examples of Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) activities in three areas important to geothermal deployment on a national scale are highlighted following the format of a summary or extended abstract. The areas are: 1. Resource Assessment, 2. Reservoir Technology, and 3. Utilization. The examples discussed in this document only provide a small sampling of a much more extensive U.S. geothermal research program. More information about the U.S. programs can be found on the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) website under Geothermal Technology |
