| Abstract | Hydrothermal solutions contain the colloidal silica forming as a result of polycondensation of the molecules of orthosilicic acid. Via ultrafiltration membrane concentration of hydrothermal solutions, silica sols were obtained. We determined silica particles sizes, surface square and concentration of impurities. Utilisation of silica sols produced from hydrothermal solutions for concrete compressive strength have been investigated. |
