| Abstract | At least 37 separate geothermal systems and hot spring locations are known to occur in the Taupo Volcanic Zone including active and fossil systems. It appears that the distribution of these systems is well constrainedin a NE-SWdirection by a set of alignments that are to be fault block boundaries. |
