| Abstract | Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) start the drilling campaign on 2007, using Semi-IPM (Integrated Project Management) concept PGE currently finish total 86 drilling wells & 7 work-over wells all around its working areas. PGE develop two criteria to measure the drilling performance, ROWC (rate of well completion) and GDUC (geothermal drilling unit cost). Using these two criteria, PGE evaluate the non-performing contractors, materials and some drilling practices for performance improvements. Achievements and challenges during drilling campaign also briefly outlined and reviewed. |
