| Abstract | AQI(Air Quality Index) for 74 cities in China during 2013 shows that Baoding City, Hebei Province is one of the top ten serious cities especially in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circle. “Controlling Air Pollution Action” has governed by municipal government to whole society. Coal boilers would be forcibly replaced by lower emission heaters. Named as “China Geothermal City” by MLR(the Ministry of Land & Resources) in 2012, Baoding will put abundant geothermal as the important role for house heating. 6million m2 house heating in less than ten years before 2012, 2million m2 add during 2012-2013, and hope 10 million m2 including heat pump to 2015, 30million m2 to 2020. Production-reinjection technology successfully used in over 2million m2 district heating system by SINOPEC. An 4000m± prospecting well will be drilled in urban area in 2014 for studying whether geothermal occur in so-called “non-geothermal-area”. |
