| Abstract | Performance forecasting for an hypothetical field with Geysers greywacke rock is performed to demonstrate the importance of desorption effect, the actual adsorption isotherm was found to be well approximated by the Langmuir equation. Results obtained suggest that adsorption is the dominant mechanism for steam in geothermal reservoirs. |
