| Abstract | Based on micro-earthquake,magneto-telluric, and isotopic (gas) studies, it is inferred that a magmatic heat source occurs beneath the Rehai (Hot Sea) Geothermal Field in West Yunnan. The magmatic heat source appears to be a cooling intrusion below 7 km depth which could extend throughout most of the Lower Crust. |
