| Abstract | A computational model of a one-hole system which enables the amount of extracted heat to be predicted is presented. The calculations permit analysing the possibility of obtaining and using geothermal energy, especially considering the influence of the depth of the geothermal exchanger as well as the temperature profile of the water in the heat distribution network returning to the ground surface. The temperatures of the up-flowing water in the heat exchanger and the produced water are very important factors in utilizing the obtained energy. |
