| Abstract | The TOPP1 binary cycle power plant located on Kaweraugeothermal field is supplied with steam and geothermalseparated water from a number of separation plants. Theseparation plants are located some distance from each otherand operate at different pressures. The design of thedelivery system for the separated water to the power planthad to overcome the pressure differences. This wasachieved by controlling the plant inlet pressure below thelowest separator pressure and allowing for some flashing ofthe water before entering the plant. |
