| Abstract | For the realization of deep-seated geothermal energy projects a regulatory framework that offers legally secure and economic conditions is of utmost importance. The differences between Germany and Italy shown in the report illustrate the necessity to gain extensive knowledge – besides geological conditions - on the regulatory conditions concerning any specific location to be developed before taking an investment decision. |
