| Abstract | Using a finite element approach, we propose a numerical model to compute the large scale deformation of the Soultz-sous-Forêt HDR reservoir. In this first approach, only mechanical aspects are addressed and the behaviour of rocks is considered elastic and isotropic. We detail the simplified geometry and the boundary conditions used for the simulation and we finally discuss some perspectives |
