| Abstract | The paper discusses the estimation of the permeability, porosity and aperture of a man-made fracture in the Higashi-Hachimantai geothermal model field, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. Two wells intersect the fracture, which was created by hydraulic fracturing. The estimates were based on guided-wave measurement data and the results of a fluid-dynamics numerical model. |
