Abstract GeoExchange systems are considered an end use technology application using the free energy of the earth. GeoExchange systems are the fastest growing HVAC market for it’s clean energy use and ability to effectively heat and cool various building spaces. This paper will discuss often overlooked integration with other renewable technologies. In addition, the ever expanding use of the technology on a large scale projects where several buildings are included such as university campuses, entire residential developments, and sites with mixed use of commercial, retail, and residential. Finally, the paper will conclude with information pertaining to projects using low temperature (<50C) active geothermal energy.
