| Abstract | An initial analysis of recent tectonic deformations was done using as an example of the North Paramushir geothermal district and associated a homonymous hydrothermal- magmatic system. The main lineaments and bloc structures which control Quaternary and modern volcanoes, hydrothermal springs, and geothermal fluid flow, were identified. New information suggests the possible presence of a large geothermal system with related ore mineralization. |
