| Abstract | A recent chemical survey of the Ohaaki system has compositional differencesbetween the East and West Bank production fluids. The highest reservoir concentrations are found on the West Bank, but stand in apparent conflict with reservoir pressure values found in the east. and maxima all occur on the East Bank. The current model holds that there are two heat sources in the present-day system, with that on the East Bank comprised of an actively degassing and relatively shallow-seated magmatic intrusion. |
