| Abstract | Single flash geothermal power plants are relatively inefficient compared to their higher temperature "cousins." The Low Temperatures Engine System (LTES) is a novel cycle applicable to many types of power plants. The LTES has been analyzed as an add on bottoming cycle to an existing single flash plant. An impressive increase in net power output of more than 70% has been shown. |
