| Abstract | A total of 297 candidates from developing countries have attended the annual Geothermal Diploma Course at Auckland between 1979 and 1989. Additional training in the form of post graduate studies and short term specialized courses has been given to 69 candidates form these countries between 1980 and 1989. Performance indicators for the training are discussed, namely: demand, job retention rate, regional intake in relation to demand, and publication record of fellows. |
