| Abstract | This paper updates geothermal energy application in China. The total energy consumption for electricity is 20.88 Mwe, and for direct use is 41,222 TJ/yr, even though the beneficial heat was estimated to be 7,198 TJ/yr. The attached tables are the basic geothermal information mainly the years 1985-89. Some of the tables are additions to the report of preceding years. |
