| Abstract | Geothermal separators are used to purify steam. There are many different design types. The application of these devices is often site specific. Dry steam fields like "the Geysers" use separators of different designs that thus of liquid dominated resources. This paper will review 15 of the more popular primary and secondary separator design, where they have been applied and general guide lines for their use. |
