Abstract The Cascade Range Geologic Map is a series of three maps (Washington, Oregon and California) that depicts Cenozoic volcanogenic rocks, structure, and vents of the Cascade Range. Quaternary rocks are emphasized because of their importance to geothermal investigations. The five age divisions of Quaternary rocks and the four compositions divisions lead to a moderately detailed 1:500,000 scale map of the High Cascades sub province in Oregon. The map shows Territory volcanogenic rocks in the Western Cascades sub province in fairs detail, but those rocks are still too poorly known to be as accurately shown as the Quaternary units. In the Oregon part of the Cascade Range, volcanism appears to have been increasingly areally restricted during the last 2 million years.
