| Abstract | Improvements were undertaken at Kelly Hot Springs to increase water flow rate and temperature. The improvements consisted of a gravity flow piping system to replace the open channels, and reworking the spring. The spring was widened and deepened. Flow was increase by 56% to 639 gpm, and temperature was increased several degrees to 200°F. After less than one weeks operation flows were still increasing, and additional increase are probable. |
