| Abstract | Fast-Track construction of the NCPA Geothermal Project No. 3 is forecasted to save millions of dollars in costs. Actual experience is showing that savings are significant but lower than expected. Fast-track construction inherently brings with it added costs that are difficult to forecast in advance. An allowance should be included in the construction budget for the administrative and financial burden accompanying fast-track projects. |
