| Abstract | Hydraulic fracturing experiments have been conducted at Yakedale field in Gifu prefecture, Japan. From the data obtained during the fracturing operation, we estimated the open hole section permeability of the wellbore, the minimum pressure required to propagate the fracture, the impedances before and after the propping, and the earth stress normal to the fracture plane. The final fracture plane was also mapped with the micro seismic events. |
