| Abstract | A telluric survey of 140 km-line performed in Los Humeros-Derrumbadas geothermal area in Mexico. A main line 95 km in length along the axis of the area constitutes a reference for several transverse lines that cover its North and South sections. Telluric results are explained in terms of large basement blocks that fall en echelon, towards the caldera, in agreement with an explanation based on gravity measurements reported elsewhere. Regional faulting was determined by combining telluric and gravimetric data; the results agree quiet well with geologically mapped faults. |
