| Abstract | A geothermal resource that can be exploited must have two prerequisites: a geothermal heat source and groundwater that delivers the heat to the surface. Therefore, the geothermal resource calculation involves two parts: a) how much energy the heat source can give; b) how much hot fluid can be exploited. In this paper, the authors employ the traditional hydrogeological calculation method combined with geothermal heat resource calculation method to determine the geothermal resources in Dongying geothermal field. |
